We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. For the best print quality, we recommend 300 DPI or higher. If you don’t have a design ready, our team can help.
Yes! For bulk and corporate orders we always provide a digital mockup for your approval before production begins. We never start without your approval.
Production begins within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. For large corporate orders, we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure your deadline is met.
Yes! We ship to all 50 states. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door — home, office, warehouse, or event venue.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
We offer custom mugs, tote bags, caps, and mousepads. We are constantly adding new products. Contact us if you need something specific.
We use high-quality printing methods depending on the product type, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting colors that won’t fade or peel.
Our mugs and tumblers are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to preserve the print quality and extend the life of the design.
We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost to you.
