Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Because all BRINARDO products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand fully behind our quality and will make it right if there is an issue on our end.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You are eligible if:

  • Your order arrives damaged during shipping
  • There is a print error or defect caused by us
  • You received the wrong item

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Customer-provided design errors
  • Change of mind after production starts
  • Slight color variations (screen vs. print)

How to Request a Refund

Email us at brinardo.merch@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We respond within 1–2 business days.
